Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Managing, analyzing, evaluating, and executing:

• Creation and refinement of MODENA's design standards for flagship experience centers, franchise home centers, and dealer booths.
• Conceptualization and design of seasonal window displays and interior decorations for showrooms to align with ongoing campaigns.
• Conceptualization and design of exhibition booth concept and layouts for exhibitions, roadshows, pop-ups, and other events.
• Benchmarking of current trends and planning for continuous visual merchandising improvement.
• Supervision and tracking of all Creative VM project implementations until completion.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum bachelor's degree
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Visual Merchandiser or Retail Designer in retail industry
• Proficiency in Interior and/or retail design, 2D design & model, 3D design & model, technical drawing, and creative thinking
• Strong principles in interior design and retail design, along with proficiency in spatial design software such as SketchUp AutoCAD and similar softwares.
