Job Descriptions

• Deliver comprehensive learning materials in Visual Design and UI/UX Design. 
• Mentor students on design projects and provide constructive feedback.
• Assess student assignments, projects, exams, and provide fair and objective evaluations and grades. 
• Offer consultation sessions for additional student support. 
• Collaborate with the academic team to update and improve the curriculum. 
• Prepare learning modules, assignments, and final projects. 
• Participate in academic and non-academic activities organized by the institution.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate design with other learning program aspects. 
• Stay updated with industry developments and continuously improve skills.

Kualifikasi:

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
• Min 2-3 years of experience in the design industry, particularly in visual design or UI/UX design. 
• Experience in teaching or providing training in design is a plus. 
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. 
• Deep understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and branding. 
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. 
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to students. 
• Creativity and the ability to inspire and motivate students. 
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a professional attitude.  
• Willing to work full-time (Mon to Fri at 9AM-6PM)
