This fully remote position is perfect for someone with 6 months to 3 years of experience who's eager to learn, grow, and achieve big things in the world of digital marketing. If you're a self-starter with great English skills, a knack for SEM and digital marketing, and a passion for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Campaign Planning & Execution:
• Craft and launch digital marketing campaigns across different channels like SEM, SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Research keywords, write attention-grabbing ad copy, and manage paid search campaigns to attract the right audience and generate leads.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization:
• Keep a close eye on campaign performance using key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and share your insights on what's working and what could be improved.
• Content Creation & Management:
• Create engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and landing page copy.
• Make sure all content is optimized for search engines and reflects our brand's voice.
• Manage our social media channels and interact with followers to build brand awareness and create a community.

Kualifikasi:

Must-haves:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Hands-on experience in SEM and digital marketing, with a focus on generating leads is preferrable.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make smart decisions.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• A self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• A desire to learn and stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends.
• Adaptable to new collaborative suite (Lark)

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in B2B marketing.
• A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field are a plus.
