Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Define, design, execute and socialize a range of research studies that build a strong understanding of existing and future audiences and their experiences.
- Drive insights from quantitative and qualitative data, complementing other research in partnership with product designers and stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze user behavior through studies, in-depth interviews, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, and online experiments (A/B testing).
- Understand and incorporate complex technical and product requirements into research.
- Identify the best practices for both established and developing research approaches.
Kualifikasi:
- 5+ years of experience in UX research or similar.
- Strong understanding of & experience with a broad range of research methodologies, their pros/ cons and their application during different phases of product development.
- A balance of creative and analytical skills with the ability to proactively define research questions, identify appropriate methods, execute studies, and synthesize findings.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and reliable research data collection and analysis.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities with a bias toward action to proactively collaborate with multiple teams.
- Passionate about translating findings into actionable strategic product/business recommendations.
