Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Become the spearhead of Natuno’s product design interface strategy and craftmanship. You are responsible for coming up with low and high-fidelity mockups and validating your design decisions to our users—iterate, deliver, and document.

Reporting to: Design lead/Principle design consultant

Level: Designer II (Mid-level)

• Work as a User Interface Designer for our B2B SaaS product along with stakeholders
• Translate client briefs into a clear, user-friendly interface design and interactions. Develop both low and high-fidelity mockups.
• Testing out design assumptions and usability level of your design. Validate your design decisions through user feedback, iterate your designs based on this feedback, and meticulously document the process.
• Work closely with a team of project managers, client stakeholders, researchers, and content designers.
• Choosing suitable design methods to convey your design concepts (wireframes, hi-fidelity design, prototype, or interface flow)
• Presenting your work in front of clients and stakeholders, along with well-thought of design decisions.
• Conducting design feedback and reviews among stakeholders

Kualifikasi:

• A mid level product designer with min. 3 years of experience.
• A problem solver at heart and a detail-oriented executor.
• A designer with a strong UX and UI portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving skills, design methods, and craftsmanship.
• An organized designer that always documents their works, Figma files, and research reports.
• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments, context switching, and excited to drive the projects forwards.
• Able to explain your design process, outcome, and decisions that you’ve made.
• A team player that is collaborative, and proactive, and has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment that iterates on weekly or monthly cycles
• A proactive, solution-oriented person who is proactive and willing to learn and who seeks growth in every aspect of the job
• Have a growth mindset, open for new learnings with a high learning curve that challenges you to work outside your comfort zone
• Able to work independently and is a reliable teammate even in a remote working setting
