• Key deliverables: Personas, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, infographics, UI/UX concepts and design.

Kualifikasi:

Qualifications:

• A minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant design discipline.
• At least 2 years of in-depth experience in user interface design for end-user applications.
• A strong online portfolio for reference.
• Proficiency and familiarity with desktop dashboard interface design and data visualization.
• Proficiency in developing comprehensive design systems aimed at enhancing user convenience and experience.
• Proficiency in developing comprehensive design systems aimed at enhancing collaboration.
• Extensive experience in employing user-centered design processes, collaborating with end-users, and cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and project delivery teams.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma (mastery preferred).
• Ability to effectively convey ideas through various methods such as storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Understanding of Big Data, Machine Learning, and AI technologies and their implications for design solutions.
• Strong grasp of design processes and project management.
• Effective influencing, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
