Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients and families for Umrah, Hajj, and other travel packages.
- Conduct outreach activities including cold calling, networking events, and face-to-face meetings.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales and travel process.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position travel packages.
- Identify new business opportunities and provide insights to improve service offerings.
Product Knowledge:
- Gain deep understanding of the company's travel packages and services to effectively sell and recommend them to clients.
- Customize travel solutions based on clients’ needs and preferences.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Event Participation:
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Kualifikasi:
Appearance: Presentable and professional appearance, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Personality: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Availability: Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
