Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Making flight, hotel, and transportation arrangements according to travelers' preferences and company policies.
• Handling travel budgets, processing expense reports, and ensuring adherence to company travel policies.
• Coordinating with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel vendors to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients or employees.
• Staying updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and company travel policies to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

Kualifikasi:

• Candidate must own at least a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, business administration, or a related field with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Travel Desk is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently is crucial for handling multiple travel arrangements
• Familiar with travel industry practices, trends, and regulations, including visa requirements and travel insurance, can be advantageous.
