Training Assistant Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Assist in developing a comprehensive training curriculum and materials.
- Support the Training Section Manager in delivering engaging training programs.
- Participate in recruiting, training, and managing a training team of approximately 10 staff members.
- Assist in training the training staff on the curriculum and delivery methods for training sales partners.
- Collaborate with the Training Section Manager to develop improvement plans to enhance the competencies of the training staff.
- Help arrange the training team's schedule to deliver training sessions to sales partners effectively.
- Contribute to monitoring training results, analyzing performance, and developing improvement plans.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager on other responsibilities as needed.
- Assist in serving as a bridge between Production and sales partners to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Support efforts to standardize and document organizational know-how to maintain service quality across personnel changes.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in training and development preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sales experience is beneficial but not required.
