Deskripsi Pekerjaan:


  • Assist in developing a comprehensive training curriculum and materials.
  • Support the Training Section Manager in delivering engaging training programs.
  • Participate in recruiting, training, and managing a training team of approximately 10 staff members.
  • Assist in training the training staff on the curriculum and delivery methods for training sales partners.
  • Collaborate with the Training Section Manager to develop improvement plans to enhance the competencies of the training staff.
  • Help arrange the training team's schedule to deliver training sessions to sales partners effectively.
  • Contribute to monitoring training results, analyzing performance, and developing improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager on other responsibilities as needed.
  • Assist in serving as a bridge between Production and sales partners to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Support efforts to standardize and document organizational know-how to maintain service quality across personnel changes.

Kualifikasi:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in training and development preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sales experience is beneficial but not required.
