Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Develop training modules and materials (TNA)
• Deliver and lead in training sessions, workshops and meetings
• Ensure employees are trained in the technical skills required for their roles
• Monitor training effectiveness through training evaluations and feedback
• Organize and oversee orientation sessions for new employees
• Work closely HR team and department heads to align training with company goals

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor degree in Education or Human Resource preferred
• Proven experience as trainer role (Min. 3 years)
• Strong communication and presentation skill
• Able to design and implement training programs
• Able to work mobile and adapt to different environments
