Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Develop training programs and materials based on organisational needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees, both in group settings and one-on-one.
• Utilise a variety of training methods and techniques to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
• Analyse training data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations accordingly.
• Supervise and mentor junior trainers and training assistants.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainers to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure that training programs comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
• Recommend and implement improvements to training programs and processes based on feedback and evaluation results.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in delivering training with minimum 3 years experience as Trainer, preferably in the Retail & Hospitality Industry.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Passionate in Teaching and Developing man power.
• Attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Having training Certifications will be an advantage.
