Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop training programs and materials based on organisational needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees, both in group settings and one-on-one.
- Utilise a variety of training methods and techniques to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyse training data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations accordingly.
- Supervise and mentor junior trainers and training assistants.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainers to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure that training programs comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
- Recommend and implement improvements to training programs and processes based on feedback and evaluation results.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in delivering training with minimum 3 years experience as Trainer, preferably in the Retail & Hospitality Industry.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Passionate in Teaching and Developing man power.
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Having training Certifications will be an advantage.
