Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. The primary responsibility of the Tradelane Manager position is to grow the trade lane with new and existing customers focusing on the assigned trade lanes.
2. This position requires a person possessing deep knowledge of Greater China & Other Intra Asia Country import and export process, air and ocean freight.
3. The Trade Lane Manager also needs to play a role as a “bridge”, connecting China-IntraAsia business with Operations, Product Pricing, Sales and Marketing.
4. This role will have an assigned volume growth target and will be reviewed every 3 months

Kualifikasi:

1. Fluently / Active in Mandarin (a must) and English
2. Min. 3 years of relevant experience, or more, in Trader / Exporter / Freight forwarding business
3. Demonstrated ability to gain new businesses
4. Experience in attracting and managing clients across the country
5. Highly motivated individually who can find, develop, qualify leads into sales
6. In-depth knowledge of best-in class sales process and negotiating skills
