What We’re Looking For

KarirLab is an early-stage startup building an awesome team who’ll welcome the challenge of meeting the needs of a newly founded business. We’re specifically looking for a Marketing Intern who will roll up their sleeves and help the team from inside the trenches.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about using his/her creative and people skills to raise KarirLab’s awareness to our customers and appeal our brand to their top of minds through marketing channels! To succeed in this role, you should have an orientation to actively engage with our audiences in a creative manner and be aware of current trends in marketing.

Objectives of this Role

• Take ownership of a marketing project, from ideation to execution, and demonstrate the ability to manage it independently
• Conduct market research to gather information on target audiences, competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences for projects
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative content for different platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, website copy, and email newsletters
• Support KOL outreach for campaigns and marketing efforts
• Track feeds/story/and campaign success periodically; analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for optimization

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in managing and executing projects
• Active team player and self-starter who can take initiatives to ask & adjust priorities
• Willing and flexible to meet in person (Jakarta) for market research and execution
• 4th year / Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in social media trends across different platforms
• Interest in issues related to professional development, career aspirations, Gen Z and millennials working culture, including professional development and career-related social media accounts
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
