Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Calling clients based on data that has been provided by the company via telephone.
• Offer products to clients and explain about the product.
• Communication with the client to be able to use the product.
• Solve and explain problems when the client uses the product.
• Have a strong commitment to achieve the targets set by the company
• Responsible for contact the customer, negotiate, provide product explanation to customers by telephone.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1 years' working experience in Telemarketing.
• Minimum diploma / bachelor degree.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a team player.
• Able to work with deadlines and high pressure, positive, and responsible attitude required.
• Prefer specialized in loan product telemarketing experience from Fintech / Banking.
