Deskripsi Pekerjaan:<ul><li>Actively support sales team by doing call activity to customers to gain new leads</li><li>Act as telemarketing to promote &amp; sale our BRIK MIX readymix product</li><li>Create and send quotations to customers</li><li>Responsible for purchase order processing and sales order release</li><li>Liaise with the Sales department to ensure timely deliveries</li><li>Check data accuracy in orders and invoices</li><li>Maintain and update sales and customer records</li><li>Communicate important feedback from customers internally</li><li>Coordination and consolidation with batching plant operations</li><li>Handle and resolve complaints from customers</li></ul>Kualifikasi:<ul><li>2 year related working experience as Telesales or Telemarketing</li><li>Must have experience working in a telemarketing role in selling the product</li><li>Familiar with Ms. Excel</li><li>Meticulous and good attention to details</li><li>Good communication &amp; Good personality</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Willing to be placed at Legok, Alam Sutra Tangerang and able to join ASAP</li></ul>
