Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Develop and maintain user manuals, guides, API documentation, FAQs, and other technical documents.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements.
• Create and edit content that clearly explains technical concepts and procedures to various audiences.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all documentation.
• Organize and maintain documentation repositories and manage version control.
• Review and update existing documentation to reflect product updates and improvements.
• Assist in the creation of visual aids such as diagrams, screenshots, and videos to enhance documentation.

Kualifikasi:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or similar.
• Familiarity with markup languages such as HTML, Markdown, or XML.
• Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and knowledge base software.
• Ability to create and edit visual content using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
