Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating technical documentation, including manuals and other related materials. Your day-to-day tasks will involve translating complex technical information into user-friendly and easily understandable content. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.

• Produce high-quality technical documentation (draft, edit, revise) that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Write easy-to-understand technical documentation for help and developer guides.
• Work with internal teams to understand the product and the documentation requirements in-depth.
• Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for the greatest reader comprehension.
• Review content created by other members of the team.
• Draw topologies for the needs of technical document
• Ensure the quality of technical documents is maintained
• Filling the technical document

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
• 3-5 years total experience in technical writing of software documentation. 
• Must have knowledge of basic coding languages like HTML, CSS, Golang, and Javascript.
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation, paying attention to detail. 
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from engineering, support, and product management.
• Basic familiarity with SDLC and software development
