Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Lead the team in designing, developing, and implementing innovative and scalable software solutions
• Conduct regular code reviews and implement quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Identify potential risks and issues early in the development lifecycle, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project schedules and deliverables
• Deploying, monitoring, maintaining and fixing products in production
• Follow industry best practices

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience of Backend and infrastructure engineering
• Proficient with PHP Laravel/React Js/Next Js
• Familiar with message broker systems such as Redis, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Apache Cassandra).
• Experience with caching solutions (Redis, Memcached).
• Methodology XP, Scrum or Domain Driven Design
• Has experience in managing the development team
• Good communication skill
