Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Prepare annual CIT calculation and submission
2. Prepare tax planning for all taxes
3. Review monthly VAT & WHT reconciliations, payment and reporting
4. Lead the tax dispute process, prepare argumentation and/or supporting needed to tax authority
5. Be the person in charge to discuss, explain and answer tax related queries from internal and external parties
6. Monitor and analyze the impact of changes in taxation regulation and provide recommendation to address the changes
7. Ensure the company always comply to the prevailing tax laws to minimize potential tax exposure
8. Prepare transfer pricing documentation
9. Identify and mitigate tax risks
10. Conduct training to internal stakeholders when necessary

Kualifikasi:

1. Bachelor Degree majoring Taxation/Accounting
2. Having minimum 10 years of experience in taxation in tax manager (tax consultant experience is preferred)
3. Must have Brevet A, B, and C certificate
4. Advance knowledge of taxation (corporate income tax, withholding tax & value added tax) regulation and in tax application
5. Strong business sense, strategic thinking and data analysis ability
6. Strong communication, leadership & influencing skill
