Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Formulate and implement effective tax strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and ensure compliance with local and Singaporean tax laws.
- Analyze current and proposed tax legislation to assess the potential impact on the company’s operations and profitability.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to optimize tax positions and identify tax-saving opportunities.
- Perform periodic reviews of the company’s tax position to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Prepare and present internal tax reports to management, highlighting potential risks, liabilities, and opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation to support the company’s tax positions in case of audits or inquiries.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other relevant taxes, adhering to local and Singaporean regulations and deadlines.
- Monitor and implement changes in tax legislation, ensuring that the company’s tax practices remain compliant with the latest requirements.
- Liaise with tax authorities during audits and inquiries, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on financial issues, including tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations in India and proactively identify potential risks or opportunities for the organization.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in tax compliance, preferably in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including VAT, income tax, and corporate tax.
- Having experience or knowledge of Singaporean tax laws is a plus
- Experienced in Tax Audit (Tax Objection and Tax Appeal is a plus)
- Having Brevet A, B, and C Certificate is a plus
- Familiar with ERP program, e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Bupot Unifikasi and e-Billing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
