Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with project owners, managers, and senior leaders to understand their talent needs
• Design and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies that meet the talent needs of each business unit
• Support managers in attracting and hiring top talent
• Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of sourcing and recruitment strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that Dragon Phenix E-commerce's Talent Acquisition processes are innovative and effective.
• Collaborate with direct manager to manage team-building events
• Contribute in managing internal management legal needs

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, or a related field
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of sourcing and recruitment best practices and trends
• Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decision-making
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
