Job brief
We are looking for a qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Capital Team. You will be responsible for develop and maintain talent in our company, so someone who have a good understanding of talent management is a must.
If you’re interested in identify and develop talents, then this job is for you. We expect you to have a good understanding of recruitment and assessment method, while also have experience in managing recruitment vendor.
An excellent Talent Acquisition Specialist must be well versed in talent acquisition process, talent development process, assessment method, have a good problem solving skill, and recruitment vendor management.
Responsibilities
- Develop Recruitment Strategy to fullfill user's request.
- Develop Talent Pipeline.
- Develop Man Power Planning.
- Develop accurate and reliable Recruitment Methods.
- Develop internal recruitment process (Succession).
- Set Recruitment's Budget with help from Organization Development Department Head.
- Handle Recruitment Vendor.
Kualifikasi:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition pracitices.
- Min. Bachelor Degree from any major, Psychology is preferred.
- Adept in talent acquisition process.
- Experienced in Recruitment Vendor management.
- Fluent in English.
