• Meet the hiring target to empower business growth
• Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
• Oversee talent branding & other related activities to attract top talent & position
• Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
• Formulate and implement other HR initiatives and projects to meet growing business needs

Kualifikasi:

• Min. 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, esp. in the field of tech startups
• Ambitious – goal oriented with critical mindset to troubleshoot issues/blockers
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong in English, both oral and written
• Can adapt in a fast-paced environment
