Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Assist End-to-End recruitment process
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and collecting necessary information
• Keep recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems up-to-date with accurate candidate information
• Work closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Collecting documents from new employees based on company needs

Kualifikasi:

• Fresh graduates or final year student from Psychology are welcome to apply 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in English
• Eager to learn and doing mass hiring recruitment process
