Responsibilities:

1. Intensively sourcing candidates from social media platform
2. Support recruitment team to screening resumes and shortlisted candidates
3. Perform pre-screening calls and interview to analyze applicants abilities
4. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
5. Update internal recruitment database
6. Do employer branding through social media

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

1. Final year student or fresh graduate major in Psychology, Human resource management, or related field.
2. Experience in Recruitment would be advantageous
3. Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
4. Good interpersonal skills and humble
5. Ability to communicate effectively
6. Fluent in English
7. Placement: Kedoya, West Jakarta. 
8. Willing to participate in 3 months internship
