Job Description :

• Liaise with HR Business Partner to determine the staffing needs of the company especially for all interns in company
• Ensure to use the right criteria to find the best candidates with end-to-end recruitment
• Use professional networking sites and social media platforms to get in touch with available candidates
• Planning interviews and execute induction process for new joiner internships

Kualifikasi:

Job Requirements:

• Final year student or internship program pursuing psychology, management, or human resources management, or related field
• Willing to WFO for 6 months (Jakarta, transport allowance provided)
• Understand the end-to-end recruitment process
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
