Job Description:

1. Assist in screening candidate's CV based on their qualifications and competencies
2. Assist in conducting interviews
3. Assist in scheduling online psychological test
4. Assist in scheduling Medical Check Up
5. Assist in promoting and sharing the Job Advertisement to Social Media (Instagram, Facebook) and Job Platform (LinkedIn)
6. Create daily and weekly recruitment activities into recruitment database

Kualifikasi:

Job Qualification:

1. 3rd Year (7th semester) from Psychology
2. Knowledge: Psychological Test administration and scoring, Recruitment and Selection process
3. Skills: Microsoft Excel (mandatory), Behavioral Event Interview (BEI), Active Communication
4. Attitude: Willing to learn, open to feedback, enjoy to working in the office, and enjoy having discussion
5. High commitment to join this Internship for 4-6 months

Other Information:

1. Job Placement: Cikampek, Jawa Barat
2. Work From Office (WFO): 5-days
