Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media) and screening resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Help create and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.

Kualifikasi:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools is a plus.
