Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced startup culture:
• Assisting in the candidate search process through various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Helping with resume and application screening of candidates.
• Scheduling interviews between candidates and the recruitment team.
• Contributing to special projects assigned by the Talent Acquisition team, such as employer branding initiatives or recruitment strategy development.

Kualifikasi:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment software are advantageous.
• Willing to work full-time in-office at Metland Puri.
