• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Freelance for a one-month project focused on sourcing and headhunting top-tier candidates for specific roles. The primary responsibility of this role will be to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various recruitment strategies and deliver a strong pipeline of talent.

Kualifikasi:

• Prior experience as a recruiter, preferably with experience in headhunting and sourcing for specialised roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, and direct outreach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment tools is a plus.
