This position will contribute to identifying long-term potential and competencies needed in the organization and identify plans to attract talented and diverse candidates. Ensure consistency and increase the efficiency in our talent acquisition and selection process with a focus on creating a good candidate experience.

Responsibilities as our Talent Acquisition

• Implement an efficient and effective end-to-end recruitment process, matching the skills of talent with the business strategies and processes
• Hire the best match in terms of skills, knowledge, analytical and behavioral aspects of human resources
• Onboarding management, ensure new joiners' preparation is completed promptly and accurately to be able to provide a seamless onboarding experience
• Collaborate with CoEs and Stakeholders on determining the optimal mix and strategy for sourcing candidates, including leveraging external agencies, employee referrals, social media, job boards, campus career centers, and other mediums.
• Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Provide a recruitment dashboard or report

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Talent Acquisition in a start-up or similar environment
• Excellence understanding in the full-cycle recruitment process with recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels including managerial positions
• Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as job fairs
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
