Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and people partners to understand talent needs and recruitment goals.
• Actively source qualified candidates through various channels (online platforms, professional networks, employee referrals).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify promising candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
• Assist with the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives (social media engagement, content creation, employee events).
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
• Support the overall recruitment process by ensuring smooth candidate experience and timely communication.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a relevant role.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and online platforms.
