Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and people partners to understand talent needs and recruitment goals.
- Actively source qualified candidates through various channels (online platforms, professional networks, employee referrals).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify promising candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
- Assist with the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives (social media engagement, content creation, employee events).
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
- Support the overall recruitment process by ensuring smooth candidate experience and timely communication.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a relevant role.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and online platforms.
- Creative and resourceful, with a knack for identifying and attracting top talent.
- Passionate about building a positive employer brand and contributing to a strong company culture.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
