Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Full-cycle recruiting: Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Sourcing strategies: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, university partnerships, etc.) to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Candidate experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Recruitment metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
- Brand awareness: Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of Serial as an employer of choice within the retail industry.
- Content creation: Create engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, videos, etc.) that highlights Serial's employees, culture, and achievements.
- Social media: Manage Serial's social media presence, sharing relevant content and engaging with followers.
- Events: Organize and participate in career fairs, industry events, and other activities to promote Serial's employer brand.
- Employee advocacy: Encourage and empower employees to share their positive experiences at Serial, acting as brand ambassadors.
- Stay up-to-date: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Relationship building: Build strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree: In Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or employer branding, ideally in a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in using social media and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Attributes: Creative, results-oriented, and passionate about building a great workplace culture.
