Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Create and send quotations to customers
• Responsible for purchase order processing and sales order release
• Liaise with the Sales department to ensure timely deliveries
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Coordination and consolidation with batching plant operations
• Handle and resolve complaints from customers
• Actively support sales team by doing call activity to customers to gain new leads

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum, higher degree / MBA will be a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Talent Acquisition (end-to-end recruitment), experience in handling operation positions would be a plus point
• Exceptional attention to detail on all aspects of recruitment
• Experience in recruitment agency / Headhunter will be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and decision making skills
• Well organized, self-disciplined and KPI driven
• Fluent in both written and verbal English
• Able to work full WFO from Metland Puri back office.
