Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Execute end-to-end recruitment process and provide advice on hiring goals
• Engage with users as a trusted partner and valued advisor
• Responsible for individual monthly target and strive for performance
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with users, including hiring managers, external vendors, to build partnerships that yield consistent results, processes and credibility
• Manage candidates through the recruiting process ensuring a best in class candidate interview experience

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Business Administration (Human Resource concentration) from reputable university with GPA > 3.00
• Have 2 years of experience as Talent Acquisition
• Good communication in English verbal and written
• Expected qualitative and quantitative performance result , maintain accurate reporting in a timely manner
• Able to work in a team , Good analytical thinking and initiative , Detail oriented and good filing skill
