Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Ensuring Corp IT systems & infrastructure (hardware server, virtualization, AD, DNS, DHCP, User Access, Endpoint Management etc) and Bank System availability referring to guideline and best practice.
• Have good knowledge and ability to troubleshoot infrastructure related issue, provide solution and improvement to mitigate risk of infrastructure operational failure.
• Research and develop new solution related to systems, including but not limited to engage with principal, conducting POC, create high level design and analysis based on POC.
• Have good knowledge and ability to make design requirements for infrastructure related project, implementation and capacity planning.
• Conduct a review of current condition based on appropriate capacity planning and lifecycle management of related infrastructure devices.
• Participate in patch management periodically.
• Responsible for documentation related to infrastructure such as design documentation, processes/procedures, etc.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or relevant fields.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience on server hardware.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience on virtualization (VMWare).
• Good knowledge and hands on experience on infrastructure system (AD, DNS, DHCP etc).
• Good knowledge and hands on experience on backup solution.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience on BI systems.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience on patch management system and procedures.
• Good communication of Bahasa and English.
• At least 4 years experience as System Engineer, potential candidate with less experience but can prove his/her knowledge can be considered.
• Professional certification related to systems & infrastructure is considered a plus.
• Have knowledge on terms and bank regulations in Indonesia.
