Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain operations, reducing costs, and enhancing service levels.
• Project Management: Lead and support supply chain projects, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives. Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and recommend improvements to various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as procurement, logistics, production, and finance to align supply chain strategies with business goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
• Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and resilience in the supply chain.
• Benchmarking: Conduct industry research and benchmarking studies to identify best practices and innovative solutions that can be applied within the organization.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage supply chain management software and tools to enhance data accuracy, streamline processes, and drive efficiency.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field within the supply chain.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices
