Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead and oversee four key departments: Procurement, Warehouse, Quality Control, and Production. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every aspect of the supply chain operates optimally, adhering to established procedures and achieving the highest standards of efficiency and quality. With strong leadership and attention to detail, you will guide your team to create integrated and seamless processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage teams across Procurement, Warehouse, Quality Control, and Production departments
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to ensure effective coordination between departments
• Oversee the execution of supply chain procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
• Knowledge of supply chain management software and ERP systems
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and quality
• Proficiency in English both oral and written
