Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Build and deploy the supply chain planning process effectively and efficiently.
- Create company Supply Chain strategy aligning with company goals.
- Focus on continuous improvement actions in all operation Supply Chain activities.
- Developing seasonal demand forecasts by improving accuracy and identifying opportunities to meet customer demands.
- To act as a Control Tower to maintain the balanced achievements between stakeholders
- Develop and maintain working relationships with suppliers, and key partners to execute the process on time and within budget.
- Monitor forecasts and turnover to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
- Responsible for product availability in warehouses, customer fulfillment in warehouses, wastage, also to control supplier performance ,inventory levels, and utilize facility management (Hubs & Central Warehouse).
- Work closely with Category Management, Operations, Finance to provide customer needs.
- Supervise the end to end process i.e. accuracy, timing.
- Research and analyze the most cost-efficient operational network .
- Monitor and conduct campaign & promo analysis and liaise with related stakeholder for Corrective and Preventive action plan (CAPA).
- Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
- Having knowledge related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Having an understanding of economics and market dynamics.
- Minimum 2 years working experience as a Supply Chain Manager, preferably in E-Commerce or FMCG industry.
- Good at cultivating relationships.
- Adaptability of a fast changing environment to manage changing priorities.
- Thrive in an unpredictable environment.
- Having a strong business acumen and proactive attitude and must be able to thrive in a varied and fast paced environment.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Data management and project management skills.
- Persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
- Abilities to forecast sales trends.
