Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular checks, maintain accurate records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Warehouse Operations: Support daily operations such as picking, packing, and dispatching goods, optimize warehouse layout, and ensure safety compliance.
• Logistics Coordination: Assist with shipment coordination, track and trace deliveries, and communicate with suppliers.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data to identify improvement areas and prepare operational reports.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to efficiency-enhancing projects and suggest process improvements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to resolve logistics issues and streamline operations.
• Learning & Development: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain process and stay informed on industry trends.

Kualifikasi:

• Education: Final-year student or recent graduate in relevant fields.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of warehouse management software is a plus.
• Experience: No prior experience required, though internships or coursework in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.
• Personality Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and eager to learn; a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Availability: Able to commit to a 3-6 month internship, working on-site at our warehouse location.
