Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control within the supply chain department. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, efficient inventory management processes, and timely reporting to support business operations. The Inventory Lead will collaborate closely with procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize inventory performance and minimize risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee day-to-day inventory operations, ensuring accurate inventory levels, proper storage, and effective inventory turnover.
• Inventory Control: Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to prevent discrepancies, losses, and obsolescence, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Forecasting & Planning: Work closely with the demand planning team to align inventory levels with forecasted demand, avoiding overstock and stockouts.
• Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to the supply chain and operations teams.
• Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to manage lead times, delivery schedules, and inventory replenishment, ensuring a smooth supply chain flow.
• Reporting: Generate regular inventory reports, including stock levels, turnover rates, and obsolete inventory, providing these reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• System Management: Utilize inventory management systems and ERP tools to track and manage inventory, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of inventory specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

Kualifikasi:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related field within the supply chain. Previous leadership experience is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Technical Expertise:
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with inventory forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization techniques.
