Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Responsible : 

• Manage and monitor the network operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services
• Responsible to assist an effective and efficient communications between local employees and foreign employees who needs translation both verbal and written.
• Maintain relationship with Franchise agent's
• Responsible for managing Franchise agent's area, helping organize related teamwork tasks, and tracking team members' work efficiency.

Kualifikasi:

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or Master Degree
• Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential
• At least has 1 year of working experience (as translator is preferred)
• Proven experience in network management or a similar role
• Experience in the Logistics or Transportation Industry is preferred
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
• Be a motivated team player and able to work in a fast paced
• Strategic thinking and problem solving mindset
• Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta
• Willing to travel as required for Work (for visit Franchise Agent)
