Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including advertiser, copywriter, videographer, graphic designer, and marketing actor.
- Supervise the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient and effective use of funds.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and cohesive digital marketing strategies
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in digital marketing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Develop relevant and engaging content for various digital channels to increase engagement and conversions.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
Kualifikasi:
General :
- Technical Skills: Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.
- Campaign Management: Experience in designing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Content Creation: Strong writing skills for creating ad copy, blog articles, and social media content.
- Basic Design Knowledge: Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and video editing tools like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
- Project Management: Ability to manage marketing projects from inception to completion.
- CRM Knowledge: Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and optimize marketing strategies.
- CMS Knowledge: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate creative and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with the team, clients, and other stakeholders.
Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in managing complex and results-oriented digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of digital marketing specialists.
- Experience in the edutech or education industry is a plus
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing such as Google Ads Certification, HubSpot, Content Marketing, or Facebook Blueprint are an advantage.
- Additional training or courses in digital marketing, data analysis, or project management are a plus.
