Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Identifying and approaching potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients
• Researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities
• Giving presentations to clients about products or services
• Assist marketing manager on all marketing strategies and campaigns by working with brokers, insurance agents, sales agents, and marketing team members
• Assist marketing manager on brand awareness goals through events and other marketing initiatives that foster new and engage existing members of target audience groups
• Achieve sales target set by the company, both revenue and claim ratio
• act as a first line risk analyzer for prospective clients brought by the sales team

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Min. 5 years provider relation & TPA/insurance marketing
• Having work experience in a company that has managed care products is more preferable
• Good understanding of ASO business
• Ability to build, develop, and manage high performing teams
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
