Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Manage the day to day operations of our hub, ensuring that our aggressive customer delivery SLA targets are met and orders are fulfilled accurately.
• Daily stock check and cycle counts to maintain 100% stock accuracy.
• Daily quality control (fresh and perishable goods) to make sure our customers receive the highest quality produce.
• Plan your team's weekly shift schedule, accounting for potential order spikes and activities which require additional manpower.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly attendance, output, and stock reports as requested by management.
• Work closely with the Hub Operations Manager and our Operations Excellence team to continuously improve on our processes across all Astro Hub.
• Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's Degree from Operations Management or any related field.
• Solid knowledge of basic warehouse practices including storage, inventory management, and fulfillment
• An understanding of how to store and handle various product categories including dry food, perishables, personal care, FMCG, household, etc
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Hub Supervisor from warehouse fulfillment, retail grocery, minimarket stores, or fast food operations.
• Strong leadership and mentorship qualities, and be able to lead a team of up to 40 pickers, packers, and drivers.
• Has a positive approach to work with a flexible can-do attitude.
• An extremely strong work ethic, and able to work under pressure without supervision.
• A genuine desire to work in a startup environment where many standard processes are still being developed.
• A strong desire to build and innovate.
• Solid analytical skills, and are able to derive actionable insights based on raw data gathered from our systems
• Excellent communication skills. In operations, anything and everything can go wrong. We need SPVs who can act as our eyes and ears on the ground and quickly escalate issues as they arise so that we work together to find solutions
• Leadership skills to influence, motivate and develop team members for high performance.
