At Bitlabs we aim to transform lives through work-relevant Learning in Digital and Data. We teach the Indonesian young generation the skills to become Data Analysts, Scientists, Engineers as well as provide them the opportunity to experiment their knowledge through Bitlabs.

Established in 2018, Bitlabs has been trusted by over 150.000+ students all over Indonesia and helped them work in national and multinational companies in Indonesia. Entering our 6th year, we were just rewarded as Best Data Science Bootcamp 2023 by Course Report, an international authority of coding and digital skills bootcamp.

As a Student Success Intern, you will play an important role in supporting students to persevere throughout their learning journey in Bitlabs Bootcamp.

Responsibilities:

• Manage channel communication per class
• Reminding class schedule, assignment submission to students, and students' Logbook
• Active participating as Moderator/Observer in Live Mentoring Sessions
• Create a live session class record (berita acara) and upload both document record and video recording to BitLabs google drive
• Daily follow up student for their performance e.g: absence, reminder weekly check-in quiz, hands-on lab, etc

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

• Open to all majors.
• Available for a 6-month internship; currently in the final semester (minimum 7th semester).
• Own a personal laptop compatible with Zoom.
• Preferably experienced as a leader or manager in a student organization, or as a university lab assistant.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in online tools (spreadsheets, documents, slides, search engines, and conference tools).
• Passionate about data analytics and supporting others' learning and development.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills; proactive.
• Available to work in a hybrid setting and commute to BSD City 2 days a week.
