Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Create innovative and visually appealing store design concepts that reflect the brand’s identity and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop efficient and effective space layouts, including floor plans, fixture placement, and traffic flow analysis.
• Produce high-quality 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts, including interior layouts, fixtures, furniture, and lighting.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, including elevations, sections, and construction details, for execution by contractors.
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the design is executed accurately and on time.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail store design, preferably within mall environments.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous retail design projects, particularly in mall settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present design ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work on a freelance basis with flexibility to meet project deadlines.
