Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture that meets their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about products, including materials, dimensions, and care instructions.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns within the showroom.
• Maintain and update showroom displays to ensure they are visually appealing and up-to-date.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability.
• Assist in managing inventory records and performing regular stock checks.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to the management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the design and product teams to stay updated on new product developments and trends.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays, as required by the showroom schedule.

Kualifikasi:

• Only for Mandarin Speaking. Mandarin Language is mandatory.
• Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the furniture industry or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for furniture and design.
