Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Establish good communication and cooperation between divisions and external parties
• Manage licensing and contract extension with third parties.
• Perform maintenance and Company Asset Data Collection
• Coordinate for Routine Maintenance
• Create Maintenance and Service Activity Reports such as Medical Gas, Generators, Pumps, Electrical Panels and others.
• Coordinate Routine Work to third parties such as Cleaning service and Security.

Kualifikasi:

Job Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Civil Engineering (Teknik Sipil)
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Hospital or other Health Services Facilities Building Maintenance, Electrical and Plumbing other related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya
• Prefer Staff specializing in Field Engineer/Operational Support or equivalent.
• Have experience ini Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing activites
• Good communication skill, have strong will to work with limited supervisor
• Have strong initiative, good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Good communication in English (written and spoken)
• Ready and available to join quickly.
