Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Recruitment and headhunting such as sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions.
• Proactively identify and approach high-level professionals and niche talent for specialized roles.
• Develop strong connections with HR professionals, industry contacts, and potential candidates to create a robust talent network.
• Organize and execute recruitment events, such as job fairs, open houses, and networking events, to attract and engage potential candidates.
• Track, analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations.

Kualifikasi:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or a related field. Experience in headhunting is a plus.
• Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, experience in event planning or coordination.
• Additional: Established relationships with HR professionals and experience in planning and managing events.
